Not soon after Kate and Jow left the mall we all did.We all headed to our houses but then I got stopped by patrick. "Christina wait,I wanted to know if you wanted to go out to dinner with me towmorrow?"He asked."Yea I'd like that"I replied,."Alright I'll pick you up about 6 towmorrow" ,"Sounds good too me"I said.He started walking away and I went my way.

I was driveing in Pete's car after a party I had went too.I am drunk and I know I shouldn't be driveing but........All of a sudden I saw lights and Crash.Omg I'm bleeding...............................

My phone started too ring

I hung up my phone and called patrick for a ride.

*At the hospital*

"Hello im here too see a katelyn wentz"

"Ok and you are?" the nurse asked."im here fucking brother now let me see her"i demanded

"She is in the OR right now Sir take a seat in the waiting room and we will come get you when she is out"

I walked into the waiting room and patrick went to go call everybody

*15 minutes later

Everbody was here now sobbing.The Doctor came out."Mr.Wentz..your sister has 4 broken ribs a concusion and a broken wrist but she suffered minor injeries with the inpact she took." He said

"Ok now did she hit a car a deer what?"I asked."She was head on with a simi your lucky she is even still alive!"He said flipping through forms."Ok when can we see her?" I asked."Well only 3 people can see her now including you","Ok thanks for your help"I said."She is in room 456 on this floor"He said walking away.

Me,Joe and Cristina walked into her room she was hooked up too meachenies and IV's the whole 9 yards.

"what the hell was that?"I asked turning around all of a sudden I saw ryan running up and being chased by a security guard."Holy shit what did you do?"athena asked him."No time for talky more runny"he said whizzing past us.After about 5 minutes of seeing him get chased the guard finally stopped."What the fuck did you do?"I asked him,"Nothin really just trew food at him and he went psycho on me like flomp"he said sittin down."Wow ok whatever"christina said."Well i'm outty guys see ya later"I said gettin up."Yea same here"joe said gettin up and taking my hand."Ok see ya guys later"they called after us.

After everything that has happened too me so far in my suckish life I think that my mother leaveing and my father being a father again it's all good.But then again how can I trust him not to leave us again?.There was a knock at the door I went to answer it and..........

"Hello katelyn!"jack said,"What are you doing here?"I said."I've come to teach you a little respect." he said.He picked me up and carried me too the couch I screamed but he taped my mouth shut."Wet me og onw'I mumbled.He just laughed and unzipped my pants I was kicking and screaming the best I could but he just held me down.,"Now this is will be our little secret right?"he asked."No I will tell everyone and press charges"I yelled at him

."Then I will have to kill you then."He said as he reached for his pocket knife I ran into the kitchen and grabed a cast iron skillet and banged his head then he droped his knife,"Hey jack eat this you mother fucker."I said,then I got a beer bottle and shoved it down his throat,Then he grabbed me."Let me go now"I said jerking and sqirming."No honey I won't"he said slaping me across the face.I was reaching for the knife but he got it first and then he tried to stab me with it but then I quickly rolled out from under him and went to the knife cabnet and grabed a butcher knife and ran it into his back he just chuckled and turned around tword me and smiled then he threw his knife like a dagger at me I ducked and picked up the knife and ran at him with it but he got me before I could stab me and held me up in the air."Awww poor katie can't hurt me"he said then he got out another knife and stabbed my gut bad.I kicked him in the gut then he went to his knees.Then I stabbed his back several times then I hit him in the head once he passed out then I turned him over and stabbed him in the heart over and over again.I got up and I walked over to the phone and started to cry I called pete.

I hung up with phone then went upstairs to the bathroom and took off my shirt and started to wash out my wound.After I cleaned out my wound I grabbed a razor and slit my wrist and then everything went blank.....

Pete gave me a call too go check on katie but when I got there there was no answer.I walked inside the house and saw a trail of blood leading upstairs I followed the blood afraid of what I was going to find I tried to open the door but it was locked."Kate if your in there open up this door now!"I said kicking the door all of a sudden I kocked it down and I found katie on the floor bleeding from her wrist and her chest."Holy fuck"I said.I ran over too her and tried to wrap a towel around her wounds but it didn't work.I ran as fast as I could to a phone and called the police."Hello cops I need someone at 203 tragic drive."I sais,"And what is the emergency?"the operator asked,"My girlfriend cut her wrists and I don't know what all happened but she is un-conscious and I need help"I said crying,"Alright sir i'm sending a squad car and ambulence there now okay"the lady said,"Okay and hurry"I said hanging up.I went back into the bathroom with katie and cried over her.Then 5 minutes later pete and the ambulence pulled up.

I ran into the house with joe crying over katelyn and dad pulling into the drive way."What happened?"I asked joe,"I don't know I came and I found her in the bathroom and a dead guy in the kitchen the same guy who tried to rape her the other day!"joe said.Dad walked into the house and started to look worried."Peter what happened?"he asked seeing the dead guy in the body bag and katie in the strecher."We don't really know dad but katie is un-conscious"I said.In a matter of 10 minutes me and my father and joe were in the back of the ambulence with kate and 15 minutes after that we were at the hospital in the waiting room.The doctor came out 20 minutes later."Katelyn is in acoma and we've givin her some pain killers and she is going into the O.R in 20 minutes they're preping her up now"the doctor said,"Is she going to be alright?"I asked,"Well we won't know untill we operate on her and see what damage is done but she should be okay,But she has lost alot of blood and we have to do a blood tranfusion and we found a blood type for her so we will do that when I close up her wound on her stomache"he said,"Okay thank you doctor"I said sitting back down.He went bacl behind the closed doors.I ended up falling asleep then getting woken up when ryan,ashley,jared,patrick,athena and christina came running down the hall.

"Is she okay"christina asked huffing and puffing,"Yea they think she is going to be okay but she beat up pretty bad she has brusies on her face and arms she has a open wound on her stomache and she slit her wrist in the bathroom."I said,"Oh my god no way!"athena said,"Yes way she looks horriable and me joe and dad have been crying all night"I said tearing up a bit."Well who is the bastard who did this too her?"asked ahley sitting down,"Jack my moms boyfriend well ex boyfriend that is!"I said,"How is he her ex?"ryan asked,"Well kate killed him in defence"I said,"Oh my god,she is such a fighter"patrick stated,"I know she is but I wish I was there to stop it all from happening"I said bowing my head down.Just then erin came waling down the hall."Pete oh my god I just got the news is she okay?"erin asked,"Yea they think so"I replied,"Oh pete are you okay?"she asked concerned,"Yeah i'm fine"I said trying to fight back the tears.

2 long hours later the doctor came out in his scrubs."I have good news Mr'.wentz"he said,"What is the news?"Iasked,"Your sister is good to go she just suffered minor injories but she is still in acoma but the blood transfusion went well we stiched up her wrist and abdomenand she is on pain killers and she is hooked up to a breathing meachine but you guys can go in and see her"he said,"Alright thank you so much doc."I said walking to her room number.We all went in and joe fell on his knees crying same with christina and athena."It's going to be okay guys"I reasured them."I know but look at her pete she looks terriable"christina said half crying and half sobbing,"I know guys"I said,"She is a fighter and my daughter"dad said as he started to cry himself.Just then mom walked in."Hey guys I heard what happened and well I know this is a bad time but i'm going to get clean and I was wondering if you guys will want to be a family again?"she asked,"How in the hell can you say this when katleyn is in the hospital because of your crack head of a boyfriend"I said,"Because pete I am your mother and I know i've made mistakes we all have and I want to be forgiven for my mistakes and I want to be a mother again."she said,"Well I think it's a bit too late for that because news flash mom katie is growing up and I will be 18 soon."I replied,"Well just please forgive me like you did your dad?"she asked,"I don't know mom it's up to kate I will if she will"I said."Alright pete well oh my god is that what he did too her?"she asked about to cry,"Yes that is what he did too her isn't it sad?"I asked,"Yes it is"I said,"What did he do too my little girl"she said sweeping her hand over kate's shoulder."Mom you were never there for kate I was!"I said angery,"Well I gave birth to her and breast fed her so shut up!"she said coldly.I just sat down and fell asleep.

I got to my house and headed inside."Katelyn i'm home."I yelled,"Katelyn answer me now!"I yelled again and still no answer."Peter."said someone out of nowhere,"My peter"said a lady who looked as if she was going to die at the very second,"Yes i'm peter and who are you?"I asked sternly."Your mother"she said,"Oh hi do you know where katelyn is?"I asked,"No not really she blew up and left with this guy with brown hair and blue eyes he looked 17 or 16!"the guy next to her said,"And who are you?"I asked,"Your mothers boyfriend,and might I add you look like your mother where katelyn looks like your dad!"he said,"Okay 1.how do you know my father 2.what is your name stupid?"I asked."I know your dad because we used to be friends and my name is jack."he said smileing."Okay well i'm going to go find katie!"I said.I walked out and got into my car and headed for joes by the creeps descripion of the guy she left with it sounds like ol'joey.I got to joes house and knocked on the door.5 mintues later joe answered,"Hey joe my man is katie here?"I asked,"Yea she is come in shes up in my room"he said.We walked into his room and kate was playing a video game,once she saw me she ran over and gave me a huge hug."Pete moms boyfriend tried to rape me up in my room he said that's it i'm teaching you a lesson and carried me in my room locked the door and..."she said while crying."Awww kate it's okay now explain it all to me slowly all I got was rape moms boyfriend and door."I said."Okay moms boyfriend jack well I was giving mom and him attitude because he said that he knew dad and I was like how and he said because we used to be friends and I said yeah used to be because he saw you fucking the hell out of my mother and he was like alright little lady time too teach you a lesson and carried me into my room locked the door and tried to unzip my pants but then I kicked him in the stomache and ran for the door but he caught me again and just as he was trying to do it again joe knocked down the door and beat the shit out of him and we came here."she said tearing up,"I'm going to beat the living shit out of him and then kill him"I said,"Joe kate come on were going to my house and doign something!"I said heading for the door.We went to me and kate's house and walked in."You mother fucker you tried to rape my sister you son of a bitch come here"I charged at jakc and got him too the ground and started beating the shit out of him and then I stopped,"Your not worth the trouble over get out of my house while your still alive and mom you too out and never come back.Just then there was a knock at the door kate went to answer it and she screamed.I ran too see what was wrong and there was our dad standing there bags with him and him."Dad is it really you?"kate asked,"Yes katelyn it is me your father todd and I want you guys back."he said,kate ran up to him and hugged him."Dad why did you leave us?"I asked,"Because I couldn't live with your mother at all and i'm sorry guys but I tried to tell the judge how she is but he didn't belive me one bit so she won custody of you kids and that I never stay in touch with you guys and I couldn't do anything about it i'm sorry!"he said crying a bit,"Peter and katelyn get in here now."mom said.Dad stepped in and took mom and her boyfriend outside."And tess I will see you in court but for now these kids are mine!"dad said.Mom and dickhead drove off mom wasn't even hurt by anything.Kate told dad about everything in our lives and about her band and her love for skateboarding and bass and her ounk clothes and dad said she looked just like him and she has his attitude and it felt good to have a dad around and kate was excited.After a bit joe went home and dad cooked me and kate dinner even though we already ate he insited on doing so.And he was trying to act like he has been here all our lives then he looked through all of our pictures of us through the years then we all went to bed.

Note:I will be introuducing some more people next chapter.And I hope nobody get's mad but only Pete and Katelyn will be getting p.o.v's and sometimes the people in there becuase the story is more based on brother and sister love and bond but I hope nobody is made or anything~~~~~~~

I woke up too my alarm going off my cell phone and Pete hollaring for me too wake up.Then my bedroom door opened and Pete was standing there."Sis wake up we are going to be late for school andyou still have to shower and remeber towmorrow is somebody's birthday."I glanced over at my calender and my 17th birthday is towmorrow and I couldn't wait my brother gets me the coolest things but sadly that's when mom is coming home wonder what druggie she is gonna bring home."And let me guess mom is going to be home?" Pete frowened.

"yes she is but don't worry I will be here most of the time except for my date with Erin but I will keep ya safe."I started to get up out of bed and I opened up my closet took out clothes and without relizeing it I threw my shoe as hard as I could against my door.

"What in the hell was that for?"Pete asked becuase I put a hole in the wall.

"Just get the hell out of my room Pete and I will walk to school."

"Alright fine Mrs.I want to be tempermental today."Pete walked out of my room and I went in and took a shower got dressed went down stairs too the kitchen took my medication and headed outside.When I stepped out the door Pete was gone but to my suprise Joe was waiting in his car."Hello Katie is Pete here?"He asked

"No he left."I said walking down the drive way

"Why did he leave you here?"He asked

"Because we got into a fight kinda and I said I would skate to school today anymore let's play 50 questions today or should we get on with our lives Joe?"

"Well aren't we moody today get in Kate i'm giving you a ride who knows who is learking out in the streets probably some boy wanting to take you from......"His voice trailed off but I did hear m and e together.I grabbed my skateboard and opened his car door and got in.

"Joe what did you say?just then before I got in."I asked

"I asked if you wanted to go out Friday night with me just me and you on a date?"Could this be happening did he just ask me out he did.

"Yea that'd be totes awsome."He chuckled

"Okay hey your birthday is towmorrow."He said

"Yes it is why?"

"Because i happen too have something in the back for you and you can open it now."He reached back and pulled out a small box wrapped in black wrapping paper with a saftey pin holding together a red ribbon.

"Joe you didn't have too."I said

"Yes I had had had too open it."I ripped the wrapping paper and there was just a box I opened up the box and there inside the box was a necklece and it had a silver chain and on the end was a black and red dimond.

"Awwww thanks joey"

"Hey don't thank me it was my pleasure to get that"He smiled

"I have a killer test today Mr.Norris is really hard on me."I said

"Yea I have to have the same test but it'll be fine I hope."We pulled into the school parking lot.

"Were here!"I said opening the car door but joe pulled my arm and I sat back and he leaned in close too my face and kissed me. "I...I...I have to go the bell is going to ring soon and I...bye." I said and I opened the door grabbed my skateboard and hopped on it and rode to the entrance to the school.Istarted walking to my locker and Erin and Christina were waiting by my locker.

"Nothing okay god why is everyone asking my so many goddamn questions."I said slamming my locker door.

"Jesus Kate what is wrong with you?"Christina asked.

"Well my mother is coming towmorrow for my birthday and Joe asked me out and he kissed me back there in his car cause Pete left me home and Joe was there and gave me a lift and holy shit here comes Joe hide me."I opened my locker and stuck my face in there.but it didn't work becuase Joe found me and grabbed my hood of my hoodie and pulled me back.

"Joe Trohman if you ever grab me like that again I swear you are going to die." I said kicking because he still had ahold of my hoodie.

"Why did you run off in my car back there."He said when he finally let me go.

"Because I was going to be late and leave me alone god."I said slamming my locker and storming away.Christina caught up with me.

"Hey what's up?"I said.

"Well nothing really.what about yourself?" She said.I thought for a minute and I walked back too my locker grabbed my skateboard and headed out the entrance hall without any teachers seeing me and christina folowed behind me on her board.

"Kate what are you doing?"She said.

"Well skipping school I can't look at anyone today."I said.

"Well i'm coming too cuz I don't want to take that stupid test today in science.

"Shit a cop just act calm and cool."I said.The cop car passed us and we skated for dear life to my house.When we got there we ditched our boards and ran for my house.When we got in I headed for the tv.

"Wanna play guitar hero?"I said.

"No look Kate we so need to go back too school we'll get in trouble for this and we don't need anymore trouble."She said."Alright we'll go back."I said.We headed out the door and we got on our boards and starting riding down the street.By the time we got back too school we missed first period and we got detention for being late too school I just made up an ascuse and said my dog had puppies but they rbought Pete in and asked if I had a dog and he said no so we got two days of detenion."What did you guys do?"Asked Pete once we got out of the office."We were going to skip school but we had second thoughts and came back."I said he was pissed."If it happens again at all your going to be grounded."He said,I looked at him snotty "Well who died and made you my mother?"I said."Well ours is right now getting high and getting std's."He said pissed,"Oh really you didn't think I already knew that Pete you act like our life isn't so fucked up all the time and ya know what forget it."I said storming away to second period.

What has gottin into her today it's her birthday towmorrow and also friday why is she acting like this we've never fought like this."Hey peter"Patrick said sitting down next to me."Hey pat whadaup?"I said."Well nothing but what's gotten into you,you look down in the dumps?","Well it's kate she is acting werid today acting up fighting with me and she was going to skip school but what I don't get is towmorrow is her birthday and what i'm going to do for her is were going to go get tattoo's I think she is old enough."
